At least, they seem to work and respond very fast now. I submitted new information yesterday via email and got response today that the information have been attached to my file. That was quick.

You have to remember that the medical tests are also to verify eligibility. If your medicals are not ok you're not eligible.

It makes sense eligibility is still in progress for those of us still undergoing this process. And I don't think it has necessarily to do with a second review.

You guys worry too much and call those agents too much and they just worry you even more.

It has been proven their answers are arbitrary and sometimes not accurate.

Hi guys,
I Finally received my " Medical Request " Today.
My Timeline is:
Application Sent: 14th August 2014.
AOR Received: 19th November 2014.
Medical Request :4th February 2016.

Guys i called CIC twice in last month after people with same time line started receiving MR.
and on both calls agents told me that my file was sent for a Second Review and today i got my Medical Request email.
Be Positive guys guys we all wil get our PR Soon.

I still see Aug applicants before 27th still waiting for MR, so I'm waiting patiently.

I think they might be referring to those 4 months period between the date of Application received and the date of AOR.
Or, the total 21 month processing time.. .
