Mostly not.. I think all August guys will see some update by end of next week.

If we are working on BOWP now but when we applied for PR in 2014 then worked for different company.

Do we need to inform CIC about my current employer? if yes, then which form needs to be sent?

I always informed CIC about my changes in my employment, so that they know. I don't know if they will ask for a new schedule A, because I always kept them up-to-date. Not sure, if you have to, but they certainly appreciate your honesty. I simply sent them my contract and a line saying that I changed my job. It won't affect your application because your experience before you applied counts only.

I dont think you need to update your employment status after filing the aplln unless cic asks for an update.
You can be unemployed under bowp, so doesnt matter. Just exp before pr appln matters for cec applicants.
