I agree !!! I feel as well, as June and July 2014 applications are getting finalized, it is time for the Aug 2014 applicants.

Very True. I believe they've started processing Aug 2014. because two CIC agents told me as well that my application should be finalized by Feb 2016. Thats only possible if they start requesting medicals now.

i checked my ecas last week Thursday and it finally showed medicals received (did upfront since august or thereabout) and on friday i received a pcc request email (which im nail bitingly trying to get and send to them during this holiday season!!) So to a certain degree they might have started looking at august cec files.
Thought I'd share so we can stay positive for the christmas season

My application was received on Aug 1, 2015, AOR October 18, 2015. I also did an upfront Medical (October 30, 2015). My ECAS has been updated to state "Medical Results have been received' as of December 12, 2015. So perhaps they have started working on our files. I note that an August 5 applicant received a MR last week. Fingers crossed.

I am trying to apply for my GCMS notes and wanted to attach IMM 5744 form in order to ensure that i receive the details of my Spouse as well. Last time, they did not provide the details for my Spouse.

I am the Principal Applicant (PA).

Can you please tell me whose details should i fill in the below columns ?

Section A : Is it mine (PA) or my wife's details ?
Section B : Is it mine or my wife's details ?
Section C : Question 1 : Should i fill my details or leave it blank ?
Question 2 : Should i leave it blank or choose email option ?
Section D : I assume i should leave it blank as this application is for my wife only

Please reply as soon as possible.

If you did not get the response to your query already, Section D in the PDF is for your Kids. You don't need to submit additional forms.
You just need to
-Print your Full Name,
-Mention your relationship with kids,
-Sign and Date
