CEC - August 2014 application

Hi,
My application was received August 15th, 2014. I talked to CIC this morning and they told me that I just have to wait till February 15th, for them that is a reasonable process time for our applications, it means 18 months not the 14 they said on his website....It's really frustrating.

I am August 15 as well. This whole situation is so frustrated. I ordered my notes last month and nothing has been started other than criminality. I am on hold for CIC, will keep you posted.

However, as of now 3 applicants have got MR request but three are new members in this forum. I really would like to see existing members getting MR request

I got my MR last Wednesday, Nov 11, 2015 and done medical on Saturday.
My timeline:
Application submitted: 8th August, 2014
Received: 12th August, 2014,
AOR: 13th Nov, 2014
MR: 11th Nov, 2015

I've got MR back in May! but there's no change in ECAS ever since, however gmcs notes say they didn't start it because its already in the system from my pnp application
