Can anyone who got a request to submit the schedule A imm 5669 form share their email. I just want to confirm if i got thr same email so i know if i have to mail my docs or email them.

Between your comment and Teb's, I am a lot more confident. So many people post vague statements about their cases and it causes a lot of confusion, so thank you. I am currently awaiting a decision on my second application for BOWP. I'm an Aug 2014 applicant. Got the first BOWP last Jan for myself and spouse. I applied Oct 27 and will be on implied status after this weekend, I am very hopeful.

there might be some cases either the files are incomplete or people are unqualified or there was errors in application.

If every thing was done correctly and complete.

I never had any issues with any application I have sent ever

well it just asked for

Passport/Travel Document: Valid passport or travel document.

Police Certificate

Schedule A form (IMM 5669)

and asked to reply with these on the email they sent.. how am i supposed to send my passport in an email reply i dont knwo

I think you just have to send a photocopy or scanned copy of your passport to them not the actual passport its self. Same thing happened to my bf. They asked for new schedule A, PCC and copy of passport. That was back in November/Beginning of December though. He's a June applicant and so far has heard nothing since.

I got asked to send an updated schedule A last month

usually they ask you to send passport after the fee is paid. and the decision is made. did they ask for copy or for actual passport. if actual passport, they will mention the mailing procedure

I assume they want you send a copy of passport and copy of renewal as it expires in less than 5 months and I believe the passport should be valid at least 6 month in order for them to issue the visa.

This is exactly what they want. Just a copy, not the physical passport itself. Same thing happened to my bf.

Application Received: August 18th, 2014
AOR: December 10th, 2014.

I did upfront medical and RPRF payment in August 2015 and notified CIC for both but till date not updated on ECAS.

Should I email CIC back with my E-medical confirmation from August 2015?

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

I agree with everyone else, I was asked for PCC by email as well. Scan all pages of passport including exit and entry stamps to any countries, any expired/ current visas, all in one pdf and attach and reply to the email you received from CIC.

Also don't forget to mention your details in the Email :

Understand this is not a passport request ! CIC might need to get a copy of the passport just like any other document. So just send all documents requested ASAP.
They generally give you 60 days to submit all documents. (It was mentioned in the email I received for PCC) Check if ur email says how long you have to submit the documents. If you want to renew your passport, you can actually do that and then send copies of both old and new passport.

I would treat it as second review and ask for GCMS to see what's wrong . then take action.

Isn't having GCMS notes the only way to know that you are on second review? Therefore, he would already have them? Is there another way to know you are on second review? Do they e-mail you to tell you? Or tell you if you call?
