CEC - August 2014 application

How many August 2014 applicants are still waiting for Decision Made after medical and everything else was submitted? My medicals were done back in January, 5 months ago, and still nothing except for RPRF back in March, which I paid. Now they're apparently sitting around for another eternity rather than doing anything. Called them in late May, got a very rude snippy woman on the other end saying "you just have to wait" and she refused to even check my file. I'm at my wit's end here.

Hi buddy! You are absolutely not supposed to come to this country. The Canadian government is rude, and they will never change their attitude to the people of this country! CIC is garbage, those guys working there never care about how people are worried about their applications. I have heard many people selected to immigrate to Australia just because of the CIC attitude.

Hey I completed my landing at Pearson International on Sunday June 5th, it was very straight forward and only took 5 minutes not counting the half an hour waiting in line. Good luck to everyone still waiting

Just now received PR cards in mailbox..... Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy however my daughter's PR card is yet to come Sad Sad. I hope it will be coming soon.

FYI....Landed on April 7th at Carway, AB. No additional photos requested

Hello all,
I will have a quick question. Yesterday, I got Medical request even though we have submitted our upfront medical examination results 1 month ago. (I was on second review which passed OK in March 2016 and then got PCC request, PPRF request+payment back in April 2016 and they were all submitted).
Panel physician says they submitted the results and provided us UIM number regarding the electronic transfer. I am currently on phone trying to reach CIC agent to confirm if they did receive the medical results but could not get any agent yet.
Could you please advise me what to do in case that agent tells me they did not receive the medical results as opposed to panel physicians' claim?

Just send them the medical confirmation letter again that you received from your doctor. Medicals are valid for an year. If you have done a month ago which means its still valid.

thanks a lot cec2014kum. It was call center agent's suggestion as well. He suggested to me send the confirmation letter to Ottawa Case processing center. Hope it works!

I am August 20th, 2014 applicant. Medical results were received by CIC on April 2nd 2016. My work permit is expiring on July 4th. 2016. I did apply for BOWP on June 1st 2016. I still see no sign that I will get my passport request before July 04.

What will happen if my work permit expires? Im really worried. Please advise!!

In your case you will be on implied status until you receive your bowp.
