Need Help!

I have been asked following information by CIC:

Client Information: Provide your residency history for the past 6 months to date.
This must be received at this office by: 2016/04/12

Do I need to fill some kind of form or I should just reply the email and mention my address and some kind of proof of residence of past 6 months?

Normally its the background form (schedule A) which has all of these details. But if they didnt mention they might just want it on an excel or word sheet..

Do you know why they would request an interview from you ?

I think that this is the final stage of the PR process. An Immigration Official (at the border or a CIC office) will inspect your identity documents, ask you a few questions, and then issue PR. Although the decision has been made by CIC's Ottawa office, I guess the Immigration Officer has to give a final sign-off face-to-face.

I'm assuming the process when landing from outside Canada for PR is the same.

The did not mention any kind of form. In my email, it was written that reply to this email directly.
So, In reply email I wrote my address and attached proof my address. I did not send in word or excel format. Do I need to send my address in excel or word format?

In general it takes 2 weeks and bear in mind next week is a short week (25-Mar) and there may be slow down due to people going on vacation. either delay your trip and then you can land or you still have time to come back and send it.

Finally good news to share.

Got my PPR!
All i am waiting on now is some kind of instructions on how to get it stamped as i am in peru for this year at the moment.

here is the timeline if it helps anyone and to update the spreadsheet:

Applied: July 24th 2014
Application received: Aug 18 2014
AOR: Dec 10 2014
Police certificate from Trinidad & Tobago request: Jan 18th 2016
Submitted copy of police certificate: Feb 5th 2016
MR: Feb 13th 2016
Medical completed: Feb 19 2016
Medical received: Feb 26 2016
RPRF Request: Mar 3rd 2016
Payment complete and received: Mar 5th 2016
Request for passport: Mar 14th, 2016


I can't update the spreadsheet myself, ADMIN please update the sheet, thank you .
Long journey it was, wish everyone the best. Hopefully this last step is complete as well.

I have just received an email from CIC for an in person interview where they will finalize my application.

"In order to grant you permanent residence, you must provide us with satisfactory original identity documents. All applicants must provide their original valid passport at the landing interview."

I received DM on March 3rd, 2016 and no ppr yet.

Did any CEC applicant also receive a request for an interview before PR approval?
