They make it very clear in their email how they want it. For me they wanted scanned copies. Said reply to this email with pcc and schedule a form. If u can copy paste your email i can help.

Generally if they give u a physical address they want unto mail it there but recently theyve been saying just reply to the email with the docs. That means scanned copies would be enough.

Does anyone know for people from Visa Exempt countries, after payment of RPRF what's next? Just receive CORP in the mail? Or do we still get some kind of email request asking for a passport copy and/or new pictures? I've seen someone mentioning that they asked for new pics but i dont know if this is a regular thing.

No, COPR should come directly after 3 - 7 business days from DM in your ecas ( it all depends where you live )

If they asked new pics, that's an amazing thing, as you're 99% sure you won't have to wait for a possible new pictures request while you wait your PR card ...

CIC needs PCC in hard copy. You need to send through mail not email.

Sorry but that used to be the case, due to long delays by CIC, now if the email says : Send PCC by email , then they accept scanned copies.

I sent PCC for me and for my wife by EMAIL and received a reply in a week that they 've added the documents I sent by email to my file.

They asked me for passport copy , schedule a and pcc before medical. I scanned all three. And got medical after a week. Also paid rprf upront due to the error email. So waitinf for ppr.

Doc request was around 20th jan and medical 30 jan.

We had DM on FEB 28 ON ecas and still no communication from CIC

Just received Medical request now but I noticed they have my old address in Canada even though I updated my address with them and it's correct on ecas. I don't know if it matters, the address is actually my parents address so I would still get any mail then sent there.

The reason of asking this is my current work permit will expire on June 20, in case I can't get the passport back before that date, I assumed I would have to apply for BOWP...

Thanks man, finally I called and got a good agent, however even after 25 days the RCMP does not show up on my file with CIC.

Dont know who should I contact.

You can call RCMP and leave a voice massage with your name, reason for calling and contact#. They will call you back in 1-2 days and you can confirm with them if they have sent RCMP check to CIC or not. Also, ask them to send you a confirmation email so that you can forward to CIC.

Processing time shows 3 days or less on RCMP website but It does take a while to get RCMP result via mail. It took around 12 days for me to get and another 3 days to forward that result to CIC. Hope this would help.

if your an august applicant im sure youll get your ppr before that.. incase you dont. i dont think its a requirement to have a valid workpermit as all they see is the copr and passport at landing .. but they might ask you why you dont have a valid status.. so if you can explain why it should be good. but just to be safe you might want to apply for extension and tell them you did to avoid any problems.

No Need , being on implied status is acceptable provided you have applied for bowp.
Just carry the bopw acknowledgement also when landing if in case u r in implied status.

Yes, my application was received on August 12th. ME has done on Feb 10 2016, and yesterday received a request to submit RCMP criminal report. Hopefully the entire process will be done before June 20, finger crossed!
