I am new here and wanted to share my timeline and ask a question.
*Profile with 1 dependent:*
March 15: ITA
April 6: AOR
May 9: Medical completed
June 6: Elegibility completed for me / not started for my dependent
June 21: Background completed
Do you know if it's normal/common to have the background check conpleted before the elegibility check? I haven't seen so far any other timelines like that and it has me wondering.

July 3rd - recieved first email for PR portal information.
July 4th - sent information asked for PR portal.
Anyone else having Montreal VO, how many days it takes to send second portal email ?

May 26: Elegibility completed for me / not started for my dependent
June 28: Medical dates extended and again updated to completed
June 29: Background completed
How long would it take for them to send us the portal 1 email ? I called IRCC, and they stated they hadn't sent me anything yet!

I think there are no fixed timeline, I recieved after 5 days
