Wish to share my timeline here:

ITA: February 20, 2019
AOR: April 10, 2019
MEP: May 24, 2019
ADR: May 24, 2019 (Form IMM 5825)
CEC Inland (Calgary) No Dependants
Expected Completion: October 2019

Received email updated on May 25th on Medical Passed.
Background check shows “We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we will need more information”. It has been this message since AOR till now, no changes.

So far no updates until 24th June but received the following email on 25th June early morning Singapore Time 12:00 hours.

“Dear Client,

Your final determination for permanent residence interview has been scheduled at the above address (Calgary) on 16th July 2019 at 10:00am. Please bring the following original documents: Valid Passport, 2 Photos, Proof of payment of RPRF…”

Appreciate someone can advise whether is this the so called “Golden Email”.

Got first Ghost update around same day

I called CIC and they said that Application looking good
Everything passed except Security and final review
VO Sydney, Nova Scotia

Today Got another ghost update application/profile updated, but nothing changed.

Received PPR email 6:30 am EST june 24

I actually called IRCC yesterday (Jun 24) about my application and the agent said the latest note is : The applicant was found eligible.
And she added now you just need a decision to be made.

I know that seems promising but I am pretty sure I will be waiting for a little while
