Hi all,

Is it bizarre that Eligibility is still under review? I haven't received any updates since my biometrics passed on December 10th. My AOR was Oct 26 and I am seeing many that have had movement with this category.

Thanks!

I dont think is bizarre. I think is expected.

To my knowledge, if you hit RR it moves slower (even more than what it is under covid) because they wanna make sure everything is ok. They might ask for ADR.

But again, look at people from September and August. The majority are still waiting. Its an absolute mess.

Canadian Experience Class applications
We’re working at full capacity to process applications.

You may experience delays because we have a backlog of applications due to COVID-19.

We’re currently finalizing most applications we received between
June 14 and 20, 2020 ?
If your application is complex, it may take us longer to process it.

They advanced  a week o_O in the last 4 weeks..... Soon will be one year delayed LOL

@legalfalcon Hello just needed some help. My gcms notes say “funds= not met and I applied under CEC. Should I be worried or is it normal? Also where can I find the officer number on the notes?
thank you.

Did you not upload LOE to mention explanations that you are invited under CEC ? Should not be worried but send a webform explaining it and it should be fine.

I mean isn’t it obvious that I applied under CEC. My eligibility is conclusively passed though. Security in process as of two days ago.

Yes but they have mention on the website to give LOE, it won’t affect but just showing not met bcoz of missing LOE.
Check out the below link and read it.

Did you upload a LoE explaining that you are CEC and PoF is not required. If not, then you should send it now.
