Their website says donot contact us if you’re still under the six month period. Am just scared I might piss someone off
pissed or not, they can only see your application. the only thing you can obtain is a rude answer. They cannot delays or modify your application.
if for your mental health you need to know, just call.
in my case, I do not let them to be rude when they are holding my life. I call, I ask, and if they become idiots, I tell them. I guess age and experience makes me cut their bs
What exactly should I ask for? Something like a detailed explanation of where the process is at?
pretty much. That you applied and you would like to know the status of your application regarding eligibility, etc.
If you want more information you can ask VO, when was last time your application was touched, etc.
U can ask about eligibility, info sharing, criminality, security, vo info

I tried calling. They said we are experiencing a high volume. My call did not even go through.
you need to try many times until you get through. Sometimes it takes 20-30 calls....
I think there is some movement happening in first week of September cases. October cases may see some light next month.
