Toby, I am confused here. Does this mean that CIC came up with a new set of NOC codes recently?

No, no new NOC codes, but they excluded and made NOCs ineligible for CEC applications. I guess, due to abuse. But we
can only speculate what's the reason for the new MI-10.

See a list of excluded NOCs on my toolkit website and the MI-10,

Would someone please read the rules before posting the same question over and over again?!
PLEASE.

No, applications received by CIO before Nov-9th are not affected.

Use, https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/24404541/home.html to contact CIC and send them an updated letter.
Or find contact information on the official CIC website.

"In addition, we are not accepting online payments for permanent residence applications under the Canadian Experience Class at this time."

Does it mean only online payments are not accepted but other means are still available .???

That's exactly what it says, isn't it?

Yes, you're correct. Online payments are not available right now.

I processed my CEC application fees online on Oct 30, 2013. Since, the facility of paying the fees for CEC application ONLINE was available and then I submitted my documents on Nov 04, 2013 which reached CIO Sydney on Nov 08, 2013. Now, that they revised the eligibility for applying under CEC category now they removed the option of paying application fees online.

So, What should I DO now ???
