Hi Everyone.
Hope all are doing fine.
Thanks in advance to all of you.

I am applying for my CEC application from India (moved back to India after my 1 year work permit expired).
I have couple of questions,

Intro:. went to Canada on 1 year PG study permit and then got my work permit expiring Feb 14 2014.
On 11 feb 2014, I applied for extension of work permit which was rejected on 11 April 2014 (so I had Implied status till 10 April).
I had no status till 7th may when i left Canada to India. ((from 11 April to May 7 2014),I did not apply for restoration but left the country.)

Now my question
1. In Generic form application:
1.1. Q15(Previous countries of residence). now that I stayed in the country with 3 status (study, work, and no status), should i mention the time stayed with no status aswell (from April 11 2014 to May 7 2014)? or should i just mention as worker status as they are only two rows space for me to write?

2. Schedule 8 : Economic Class :CEC application Form:
(YOUR WORK experience in Canada) question 5.
2.1 Do we need to should non qualifying NOC jobs as well (I worked as gas station attendant in the last month during my implied status)
2.2 Dates for my first job. I started my job as part of my school internship (from Sep 24 2012 to Dec 14 2012). i graduated on 14th Dec 2012 - This I am not showing as my work experience.
my question is, as I got my work permit on Feb 14 2013, should I mention in the application that i worked from 15 Dec 2012 or from Feb 14 2013? (i worked meanwhile on off campus work permit)
I am planning to show my work from 15 Dec 2012 to 12 March(NOC 4163). is that fine ?
(Laid OFF on 12th march :( and started my next job on 29th April 2013 till Feb 14 2014 (NOC 4172)) .

3. IMM5562 E (Supplimentary Travel Info)
Since i am applying from India, i need to mention my travel to Canada.
3.1. Question: Should i mention all the cities that i have visited in Canada along with the different status in Canada (according to Study, work, needed Restoration status in separate rows)?

4. general question: can i write my information in an Excel sheet and attach with my name and details for all the applications where i don't have sufficient space or rows to write/type in ?

5. Should my different status dates in all application be according to permit dates.
* For my work term, should i consider the date from graduation or the date i got my work permit. (i was still working full time after graduation date on off-campus work permit till i got my PGWP.

Thank Again,
Cheers,
Vark

There is a question in the forms that asks have you ever stayed beyond your authourized time. You must answer this truthfully.
You can add supplementary pages, you must identify your details on it, the page in the relevant form and the question number (s) that you are writing about

You are supposed to reference all work experience in Canada. This is for economic migration and it shows that you have other experiences of integrating econonmically into Canada other than in your deemed NOC skill area.

Mut

Do mention all your statuses. Whenever there is insufficient space, attach a separate sheet of paper with the extra information, and specify the form name and question.

"No status" isn't an option - I guess there is that grace period where your work permit application failed and you have to leave - maybe 'visitor'? I would look into this further.

No - only list qualifying jobs on Schedule 8. The instruction guide says to "list only occupations that fall in Skill Type 0 or Skill Levels A or B of the National Occupational Classification (NOC) code".

Of course - for Schedule A (Background / Declaration) under "Personal History", you should list all periods of work, whether they qualify for CEC or not.

Yes, that sounds fine - you can count the work experience on your OCWP after graduation. Indeed, if you only counted your experience from 14 February, 2013, you would not have enough.

LPS,
The reason why I am taking about "Others" as status is because its mentioned in the guide. As you said I will include the extra information on a separate sheet of paper, but confused what to say :-\ .
I understand I had 90 days to restore or leave Canada. Which i did leave in 3 weeks.

Hi
I wrote additional Canadian experience which does not fall under nic 0, A, B as well apart from my NOC 2281 in that question. Will it raise any eyebrows :-[
