I'm applying pr under CEC and I'm the only one applicant.

Are these forms below all I have to submit or did I miss other forms?

*Generic application(imm 0008),

*Schedule A: Background/Declaration (imm 5669),

*Supplementary Information - your travels (imm 5562)

*Schedule 8: Economic Classes - Canadian Experience Class (imm 0008 - Schedule 8),

*Additional family information (imm 5406),

*Fee payment form

Which forms should I write my signature? As far I see, they are:

*Schedule A: Background/Declaration (imm 5669),

Thank you for your kind comment. Forgive me. Actually i checked with the checklist, but I just want to double check with other people's opnions. Just in case. Can any body help?

+1 for the question! Not the usual annoying "how long", "should I", "I forgot" and "Will I be ok.." stuff.

To answer your question, yes you got it right. 6 forms to fill out, 5 with signatures. Don't forget to sign the fee payment form!

Thanks for your kind assistance. For the 2nd question, I didn't see any space for signature in "Supplementary Information - your travels (imm 5662)" form. That's why I was asking the question. Do you see any space there?

IMM5662 requires no signature.

Hope that is only for applicants paying by Credit card who has to sign on the Fee payment form??
I am paying by Bank Draft.!!

if you talk about the whole package , I am sure something is lost ?

how about other doc mentioned in the sub_item of check list ?
