I am not sure about that actually, I am not familiar with that so I can't advice. Maybe there is information on that on the CIC website.

I called IRCC today and was told that BG has been cleared for more than 2 weeks now, yet its not updated on the portal. Anyone else faced similar situation?

Don't know the exact VO as i never called in. Believe it could be Ottawa.

Congrats! What is your province of residence if you don't mind me asking ?
Had a GU on August 3rd and BG changed from 'we're processing' to 'your application is in progress'.
And later that day had another GU and BG changed back to we're processing your application.
Call IRCC using any of the free calling apps available and follow this sequence pattern: Press 1 <Enter 9 digit UCI #> and then these digits: 1 1 2 0
I got the 2nd GU today. BG status is still "in progress"
