Can you please share any tips you used to get in touch with them? I have tried severally in the past couple days with no successful attempts due to high call volumes.Got off the phone with an IRCC agent (super nice guy btw, was able to speak to him after 10+ attempts today) and this was the update he provided:

Medical Passed - July 13, 2021
Biometrics Not Needed- July 13, 2021 (Were completed earlier in 2019)
Eligibility: Passed
Criminality: Passed
Security: Either not started or in progress, don't remember exactly
Anxiously waiting to get a portal confirmation email soon
AOR- JUNE 1
Medicals passed- June 29th(not upfront)
I did my medicals after I had submitted my application and uploaded the proof on June 23rd
Biometrics : not needed as I did it in 2016 for my study permit
2 ghost updates..don't remember what dates exactly.
I'm slightly anxious. Lol

I actually automated the process in my phone. I have an android phone and downloaded this app called MacroDroid and after 1.5 hour of setting it up i was able to automate the entire call process (all button presses etc) which made it easier for me to make a bunch of calls in a row until I was able to talk to someone (it was around 4pm PST time when i finally got through)
My representative's email is the one being used in my application so i never get emails, but i accessed by application multiple times a day and never saw anything changing
So can we apply TRV after AOR? Will it impact processing on PR application? My WP extended but visa is expired.Be sure that you have a TRV too. Because i have a work permit till August 2022 but my visa expired last april. I can’t leave Canada now.
I applied visitor visa 3 months ago but the processing time says 173 days
If everything goes well, I guess I will get my PR before the visa
