Friends, any idea why they ask for Schedule A IMM5669 form?First update after AOR. Received instructions for biometrics today. Also received request for additional docs - Schedule A Background Information with original signature. Has anyone else received a request for Schedule A submission?
Looking at the document, it is a repetition of everything that was originally asked in the profile. Not sure why they would ask me to fill the same information again. Thoughts?
