@legalfalcon do i need to fill personal history and education history too because in checklist it ask me to fill and also it ask me proof of status of Family member .

If he is Canadian and not lived in any other countries more than 6 months, it’s not required. No medical for your partner is required.

he lived in my home country for 7 months but still he is Canadian.
