I ordered GCMS notes on 6 September, and it been 72 days but still haven’t received.
AOR June 6: No updates except BIO&MED
Can anyone tell why????

Forward the confirmation mail you got when you applied for the notes and ask them for an update. I did this and it worked for me. Good luck!
