Hey, the old medical was from Sep 2017. Didn't submit a new one. As for the username, it's just a random one

AOR - 12 th June with address change
PR approved - August
But I am outside canada and not allowed for virtual landing. As per instructions if outside canada reply email and they will check what can done

Nothing, just an automated email. Almost everyone received it. Even if you have an EE profile and waiting for ITA.
