hi frinds here is the update: today got passport req. for me n my spouse..
i already snt mine today..bt still waiting for cic decision for my spouse ..where do we have to submit her pasport...

Most likely it is a delayed system refresh. The Decision probably was already taken, when they asked you to send your passports.
Chill-out and wait for your passport to come back. You are almost done.
