Hi folks,

1. Do I have to fill these forms for applying Permanent Residency under Canadian Experience Class?

• Additional Dependants/Declaration [IMM 0008DEP] (PDF, 471 KB) July 2011
I am applying for myself. My parents are living in India.
• Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] (PDF, 597 KB) March 2014
There is no representative and I am filing myself.
• Supplementary Information – Your Travels (IMM 5562) (PDF, 1.8 MB) May 2004
I only travel to Canada for studies and my home country to visit. Do I have to mention these travels in this form?
• Statutory Declaration of Common-law Union (IMM 5409 ) (PDF, 47 KB) April 2009
I am not married.
• Separation Declaration for Minors Travelling to Canada (IMM 5604) (PDF, 25 KB) July 2008
I am not married.

2. Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008] (PDF, 487 KB):

1. What is Immigration Office requested for processing this application?
I am in Canada and Province is Ontario. I am filing to Sydney Nova Scotia.
2. What is National Identify Document?
I don't think so if i have National Identity Document other than passport from India.

3. Do I have to submit Police Certificate now with these forms?

Everything you mentioned above is correct.

And yes, India do not have a national identity document. So you choose "No" under this option.

You do not have to send PCC's along with your application. You may send them later after you get the AOR.

1. You will have to fill in Supplementary Information.

2. For CEC the immigration office is CPC-Ottawa. But this doesnt matter really, as in my case I applied from India and choose immigration office as New Delhi. But my application is porocessed at CPC-O.
