I am working for a US-based company, and I have formed incorporation in Canada for payroll purposes.
I have been living in Canada for the last 1 year.

1-Can I apply under the CEC category?
2-If the Offer letter is marked as Yes, Do I need to show an offer letter from my US employer or incorporation?
3-Experience letter: Do I need to show an Experience letter from my US employer or incorporation?

I appreciate any help you can provide. Thank You.

1. Nope. You're self employed and working for a US employer.
2. I don't understand this question.
3. Yes, if you want to claim this as foreign work experience.
