OR should apply by lawyer

pls apply on ur own. greater chances of success than applying thru consultants that don't care about anything other than ur money. Ask any question if u require and we all are here to help.

One year experience letter with total hour I worked & pay per hour rate, job duties & responsibly ( my manager phone no in letter and the letter in company letter head)
Payslip of last one year
Police certificate both Canada and back home country
T4 certificate

Pls advise if I need more papers

also include ur notice of assessment. share ur reference letter b4 submission as well as ielts score. which skill level are u applying under??? goodluck

NOA ( Notice of Assessment ) from the CRA, that's the document you get after you file your income tax.

notice of assessment is a tax documents sent to tax individual by revenue Canada after filling tax and getting a return. CIC will use it to assess and verify the income that the applicant provided to them. it is one of the most important document and u must include it in ur application. go thru the documents checklist

I would just note that there is a big difference between a lawyer and a consultant. Lawyers are bound by a very strict code of ethics and professionalism and the vast majority of them are much more professional than a consultant. A lawyer's reputation is their livelihood.

Also, there is no substitute for a lawyer if your case is especially complicated. In that case there can be complexities of law that requires a lawyer to be dealt with properly.

I agree as well. I am so glad you were satisfied with your decision to hire a lawyer, it can make a huge difference.

I also wish to note that I am not impugning all consultants, there are some very knowledgeable and professional ones. It's just that there are also a lot of unprofessional ones as well and sometimes it's hard to tell them apart.
