CEC Applicants - September 2022 - Submission after ITA

You can call up IRCC Helpline at +1 888 242-2100 and then connect with an agent who can tell you your Primary VO after confirming your application details etc.
I tried this, but it kept saying, "not enough agents. bye bye.. tadaaa". Tried multiple times on different days, to my luck its the same message.
A friend of mine just got his email last Friday. He was asked to provided additional document during the first week of December. Will ask which VO processed his application once he come back from oversea and confirm his email.
Another friend of mine and I submitted our application at the same time in the same stream. We haven’t heard anything from IRCC. I ordered a GCMS note from CBSA at the end of November. Received the note on Dec 20, it says security and criminality has been done. Eligibility hasn’t started.

AOR: September 18th

For some weird reason I would like to know if your NOCs are either 2171 or 2173? I noticed alot of cases going to Edmonton have those two NOCs. Mine as well and they are very slow.
I have the similar timelines and same status from Edmonton VO.
I got ITA on August 31, AOR on September 30, and MEP & BIO on October 26th. Received my CBSA notes within 5 days of raising the request and see Security and Eligibility haven't started as of December 19th.
Yeah mine is 2174 and my application moved from Ottawa to Edmonton.
