Hey, which options you selected to speak with an agent?

I spoke to an agent just now:

2 weeks ago: my primary VO was Saskatchewan and secondary was Vancouver

last Friday: primary was Saskatchewan and secondary was Etobicoke because I live in GTA( agent mentioned it)

Today it changed : Primary as Edmonton Vo and secondary as Saskatchewan Vo

Any thoughts about it @legalfalcon

I don’t know what’s happening with my file.
All stages passed on April 20 and still waiting fir further updates

2 if you don’t have UCI

Then 1 1 and 2

After that select 2 if your application number starts with E
Enter your application number, year of birth
Press 1 to know status of application
Once they read out everything on file, click 0 to speak to an agent.
You need to try 2-3 times to hear we are transferring your call to agent
Good luck!

@Sardee If you don't want to wait for long time, you can opt for call back once they mention the wait time. They always call back the same day promptly. It is just tough to reach the "Transferring to agent" part due to the volume of calls they receive.

No update after that.

I am so stressed. I might just withdraw my file and reapply.

Application are routinely transferred for many reasons, such as workload, specialized services, staffing issues etc.

There is nothing to be concerned. If all stages have been passed, it is just a matter of time before you will receive a final decision.

Don't get stressed out. Mine Aor is Sept 15, nothing passed yet even eligibility is in process. Called ircc yesterday, they said my file was last assessed on 24 Feb. Still waiting and waiting.

I am glad there are more people like me & I am not the only sitting duck here. It says your eligibility is under review required. Is it still review required or it has moved on ?

I understand the frustration. My profile is also not moving.
Withdrawing and reapplying will only add more to your stress @LoveYVR

AOR - September 16, 2020
Only one ghost update on April 16, 2021.
Called up IRCC and found that all stages passed on April 18, 2021.
Its now been 3+ weeks that there has been no response from the VO. My Primary VO is Ottawa and secondary VO is Etobicoke.
It is really frustrating to go through this phase.
People keep getting landing emails/calls just within a week of having everything passed but a few people like me have to go through this.

I'm also like you.. all my stages are passed on 30th Apr and waiting to hear FINAL decision from officer... Did you already received AOR?

Hello all,

Hope all are safe and well. After long wait finallyhot COPR.
AOR- September 25, 2020
COPR- May 12, 2021

Not sure about GU as I was never able to catch it. Anyways, called IRCC on May 12 and agent informed me that everything except Security have been passed. Security was in “Not Started” status.
Amazingly, after couple of hours, received an email from CIC Niagara Falls with COPR and CIC account was also updated at the same time.
Hopefully everyone’s wait comes to a happy end soon.

AOR Sep 25 CEC with no dependents
I called agent today and learned that all assessments were passed on 04/25 (the day I got GU and that happens to be on Sunday) and waiting for final approval. I specifically asked about file transfer but agent told me it is still in Ottawa.

Did you get any call/email or still waiting for that too? For me, all stages passed on April 25 and haven't heard anything. No email or calls.

It is still review required, I dont know why they have not touched my file after 17 feb 2021.
