when did you get the COPR, yesterday or today, did you provide the info IRCC asked in the email?

I also received this email on April 27, no updates yet. The status is the portal is still Submitted, and no COPR yet. But you never know, you may hear from them before us
Seems like Etobicoke is the slowest VO.
I received COPR from Ottawa within an hour when they asked me to confirm the port of entry etc on the email.
Ottawa VO is not slow, but when they transfer to local VO, I guess that causes the delay.
Hope you all get approval and COPR soon

I got it yesterday, I got an email first from the Ottawa VO ask for some info(landing date, address and..), I got COPR 2 hours after I answered it
Anyone Aor 15 sep got any update?

Final decision: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.
Is someone out there with the last week of Sept 2020 AOR, having similar status? The last time I got any email was on 30th Nov 2020 and it just said "We're still working on your application".
Can someone kindly help me understand where to get information regarding:

If an officer touches your file, everything will be updated in one single GO
I called IRCC 2 days back. They said decision has been made and keep an eye on your email. Since I am in GTA it is getting delayed they said . Not sure how long it willlll .!!!!
I called IRCC yesterday, they said decision is yet to be made. Also they mentioned my Primary VO is Ottawa and Secondary VO is OSC(operation support center). Does anybody has any idea what is OSC?

I am same AOR and all stages were passed Apr 17 and i got the golden email yesterday, i hope you will get it today or soon enough
