Yes, I got credentials today at 8:31 am. I submitted my address and photo for PR card.

hyy guys.My Aor is 17sep.Today my agent got the request TO CREATE new Portal .I am not sure what it is?

Don't worry. this portal is for your PR card and confirming that you are currently in Canada. Just provide the details and reply back to same email. then IRCC will send you credentials to login into Portal and you can upload your photo for PR card.
Let me know if you have doubts. I just finished my process with this.

they are asking for following details,

Email (as set out in this message):
Original entry date:
Date of last time entered Canada:
Location(Port of Entry):

can anyone please help me what to put in, "Original entry date" and "Location (Port of Entry)" ?

Update:

I got credentials for Portal. They wanted to confirm that currently I am in Canada, fill in residential address for mailing PR card and recent photo for PR card.
But my GC account is still showing "submitted" and everything is still processing, no COPR received, no details of COPR in account.

Congrats. Dependents will also get separate portal and credentials or we can all dependents address using primary applicant credentials?

You have to copy that same template for you and each of your dependents and fill details and then reply back to same email address.

Below are the instructions from PDF that IRCC sent to me:

"In your response, for yourself and for each member of your family, copy and paste this template and fill in the information (*verify passport for the dates and location):"

now I drive a truck and cross border 2 times a week. But here comes the tricky part, the passport don’t get stamped as they stamp the paper work but they still see our passport.

so I am confuse about the date of last time entered Canada.

any suggestions?

In my opinion logically, i would put the date of last entry when submitting the form.

The form ia generic, your case is special so i dont see any problem just put an honest answer

in my opinion you should enter the last date when you entered Canada with your truck because officers at border have your records because they stamp papers and it is possible that those records are also accessible to IRCC as crossing borders is a part of immigration for whichever cause it is.
