they are asking for following details,

Original entry date:
Date of last time entered Canada:
Location(Port of Entry):

can anyone please help me what to put in, "Original entry date" and "Location (Port of Entry)" ?

Anyone who's VO is Calgary?

Medial exam pass Oct 26, 2020
but no other updates .... I am getting nervous. I called IRCC yesterday and the agent told me my VO is Calgary, because lots of workloads, my application was sent to Calgary... Should I be concern about VO?

So you got Approval in portal with COPR numbers and now you are waiting for COPR email right which will have COPR document which we can use for PR card? Please confirm

If you came to Toronto first then it should be toronto. I had to apply for my work permit extension this month so, i gave my recent arrival date and location was pearson so, its toronto. I don’t know about original entry date. My guess is they are asking about your first arrival date.

Mine - AOR Sep 21st, NOC 2174, VO - Ottawa, Eligibility/Criminality - In Progress, Security - Not Started.

No GUs so far.

AOR-24th Sep;same status; Got a GU on 6th April- ADR changed to N/A, no updates since then; haven't called since the last two months.
