thank you @legalfalcon I have created a webform under
Permanent Residence (applied online) > Permanent Residence (applied online) - Express Entry
category and uploaded eMedical acknoledgement pdf of dependents and mine, also included the gcms note where it says medical is assessed.
Is the webform done correctly or do I need to select different category like 'Replacement documents, Amendments to documents and Verification of Status documents' ?. Appreciate your help.

It does not matter what you select as long as you have send the documents, they will be added to your application.

Nope. I received last Monday and it has been over a week no new GU or PR for me lol. Will give them a call next Monday to verify

You don/t need to wait for a call if you have the CoPR letter in the portal. Not everyone will receive a call, I didn't either.

What did you mean by CoPR letter in the portal? you would have received an email with COPR letter right?

Well you receive an email that a message is available to read in the IRCC portal. My CoPR letter was in there, ready to download.

You only receive a call prior, so they can confirm your current address and that you reside in Canada. But since I called twice for my status in the past weeks, they also each time verified my residing address and contact details as well.

Guys a quick query: When i called yesterday the agent mentioned that everything was passed except Security check which was not started. I called today morning and they said everything is passed (including Eligibility, Medical Criminality, Security, Info Sharing). My Primary VO is still "CPC Ottawa" but Secondary VO seems to have changed from "OSC, Ottawa" to "Vancouver". I'm based out of Vancouver.

The agent was not willing to disclose what to expect next. They just said all looks good. My questions
1) Will there be another round of review at the Local VO?
2) What does it mean if they Pass everything and then change your Secondary VO?
