After speaking with an agent last week they said until our eligibility is passed then we won’t get the BOWP so I guess this means our eligibility is passed on PR..

I'm not an immigration consultant or lawyer by any means and all below is based on my personal analysis of the official canada.ca IRCC guides and posts from this forum.
BOWP deals with the Completeness check a.k.a. R10 and as soon as it's passed, an applicant becomes eligible for the BOWP but it does not mean that an Eligibility is passed. The last gets initiated after R10 is cleared.
Please keep in mind that an Eligibility and Completeness check are different things.

i have same AOR, my status "eligibility rec passed" is from Feb 5th and since then my file has not been touched. CEC applicant.

Really disappointing progress is really slow.

Wow that is disappointing! I have the same timeline only 1 dependent though.
Haven't called them in over a month now, too scared they'll tell me the same thing no progress.

Lot of us are on the same boat. Looks like it is even slower for applicants with dependents.

Wow! Two ghost updates in a single day and one yesterday. Don't know what they are doing with my application lol. Sept 1 AOR
