I wish this will be true. I have booked tickets to travel to my country on June 10th so I am not sure if I will get PR in hand, otherwise I need to postpone.

Has criminality started for you? Mine is 'In Progress' state. Not sure if that would play a dampener on the whole process (for me). For the record, I had given biometric for WP visa in 2019, so not sure i this is linked to that?

Yes its passed, details are there in signature. I am not sure about your case, you may need to wait or order GCMS notes to see what is the exact status now.

Request for your GCSM notes - It might either be biometric or RCMP but GCSM notes would let you know

Weird part is that if you do end up getting COPR next waiting stage is when the card would be delivered so just take 30-45 days extra in hand.

I called again today. No update after one month of waiting. (Called on Jan 26, 2021)

They gave you two status for eligibility or its recommended pass? Mine was in-progress on 2/5 but changed to recommended pass on 2/22 (my last call to IRCC).

On January 26, 2021 when I called, the guy said Eligibility is Recommended Pass.

Today when I called, the lady said it's In Progress.

Then when I mentioned that the status was previously Recommended pass, she said that it's still Recommended pass. I think that 'Recommended pass' is still technically 'In Progress', and depending on the agent on the phone, they may give different answers.
