AOP-22 September CEC
As I mentioned my grandmother is permanent resident of canda.
I received email form CIC to send proof of sibling relationship. I don’t have sibling who have PR. Even though I don’t received any additional points or even I didn’t mentioned in my application. What should I do.

Your VO Please? I think you can submit LOE and specify no points gained for this.When did you got document request.

I am surprised to see they cleared till 22nd september

My AOR is Sep 19th, will call them next week.

Are you CEC inland and VO is ottawa. As per your messages in past some where you commented like your AOR is July so I confused. Please confirm.

Justbe specific that you want to know your security and eligibility update and may be try to be polite and ask might help

It is totally normal to get an agent who is not interested or even mad at you. The system is fucked up, IRCC can easily give detailed status update but they are not, and applicants are justifiably nervous and curious so they keep calling at this available line. Blame is on both sides.
In any case, you just have to try another day and hope a friendly agent comes online. I had to try 3 times before I got a half decent answer. And as others have mentioned, which I hope you are already doing, just be polite, keep it short by specifically asking for the stage (ex. security, eligibility) update.
There is no magic sentences you can utter to get your info, it is pure luck.

Thanks for your input! Yes, I always make sure to be polite, but the agent still wasn't very eager to help. I tried asking specific questions regarding my eligibility and criminality to see if something changed and he said "I understand that you are concerned about eligibility and criminality, but I can't see any different than what you see on the portal". I wanted to say that I'm not concerned, I just want to know if something changed - but with his choice of words I almost got worried that he would write some note on my file so I decided to let it go.

I have been reading on other threads of some people that recently started going through similar situation, I wonder if IRCC is changing somethingon their side as well

Is two express entry profile valid, it seems you had created new one and got AOR on Sep 18; however, old one application (AOR 27) was in progress ? Please advise, it will be great help as I am looking of this answer ??????

@legalfalcon : Today my spouse called IRCC and her eligibility status is Recommended passed. This means my eligibility is also Recommended passed? Currently due to high volume I cannot connect to IRCC. Please confirm, agent told that status will be applicable to spouse as well.

For PR application, there is no separate eligibility for you and your spouse, there is just one eligibility criteria for the application.

Yes.. i had two profiles. While the first application was waiting to be withdrawn, i created a second profile using new GC key and received ITA. However i submitted the ITA only after i received confirmation that first application is withdrawn.

Did anyone recently renewed India passport ..? I'm waiting for BLS centers to reopen..
just wanted to check how long they are taking during this COVID time. I heard Normal request will take 30 to 40 days, not sure about Tatkal, but seems charges are double for Tatkal services. My passport expiry is Nov 2021, AOR Sept 14 [CEC Inland and dependents Out land] as of every thing is in progress.

From legalfalcon's statement I would say, If you both are on the same application (one of you being the Primary Applicant) then yes, both are Recommended PASSED.

I have one question, my Info sharing is in progress for long time but Criminality is passed. I was in USA for some time and I cleared one loan as per dues on January 2021. Is there any relation with loan? Just curious to know.
