Was able to talk to an agent today and here is what she said:
Criminality - Passed
Eligibility and security - Not started
VO - CPC Ottawa

When I asked if application will be approved on time, she said they cannot assure as timelines are impacted by COVID19 and they are on reduced staff to process applications.

I don't know how it all works. My eligibility is passed and background check is still in process from the last 1.5 month. 82% application processed so far. I can't see my timeline now
