I called IRCC yesterday, agent told me :
Eligibility: In progress
Criminality: passed
Security : not started
He also mentioned that there's no due date to finalize the decision as there's no progress bar now.
I don't know what he meant by that .

He probably mean there is no due date on profile. its usually 6 months from submission date. in your case it is March 30. progress bar is anyway useless its just percentage of days passed until due date. it does not track what's going on the application

Called IRCC today. What they see is my application is only 56% in progress. Eligibility hasn't been started yet. Dont know why it appears on the website that eligibility is reviewing. Anyone has the same issues? Does applying in ON take much longer than other province?

I called again today. Nothing's changed. VO Ottawa. So frustrated

nope nothing. I am scheduled to call them next week

My status was exact same as yours..as per my call to IRCC on Jan 6, 2020. My AOR is sep 3.

According to me, once we call them we should at least wait for a month to call them back instead of calling them every other week.

I will give them a call again in first week of Feb.

Same here - It shows my application has been updated but when I click on view application it takes me to the error page. (502 bad gateway)
