I tried to reach an agent through 1-888-242-2100; then pressed 1 2 2 0/or some thing like this. They always hang up. Can you please tell me the trick to connect to an agent? I tried at 8.00 EST every time.

Try around 9:30 or nearby or around 2-3 pm

This is the reason your profile is accelerating quicker than mine as I hold some back home experience and my VO/CPC is Ottawa. Might be your VO/CPC is other than Ottawa. I wish you all the best.

I doubt as I have the same info and claim but still no update. Only difference could be the vo office as mine is Ottawa

Keep trying. What I do is, I will keep calling them and after approx 7-8 time they will give me the call back option.

Hi All,

Please keep us posted if you hear anything about eligibility status for CEC inland. As per my research, atleast for other AORs before September got eligibility status within 3 months but for Sep AOR no one got status till now for cec inland. Hopefully we will hear some good news this week.

Only criminality was passed.
