How did you come to know that Criminality has passed? Did you get a message in your CIC account?

I don't see a separate line-item for criminality under my PR application. Please clarify.

I was only able to talk once to an agent after leaving a call back number last week. I am not able to connect to an agent nor I can give the call back number today. Could you provide me the numbers to be pressed after calling IRCC to connect to an agent or leave a call back number?

You will have to just wait. At this time you can do nothing is what I think. In case if you missed their call then your number will be on their q back again.
