Guys I just want to check, what does this mean?
( in order to make a decision we require the following information/documents) I noticed that they're indicating different statement when requesting for RPRF, depend on the progress of the application.

As per my earlier post I have received ADR for RPRF and IMM 5604 reuquest on Feb 6,20201 and its indicated in the letter ( in order to make a decision we require the following information/documents)

I already paid the RPRF receipt the same day and the notarized IMM 5604 and uploaded all the required documents on Feb 8,2021.

As per status from Sep 5th AOR, atleast till sep 5th, eligibility status is started and first week applicants can check the Eligibility status with IRCC. Please keep us posted

yup hope so fingers crossed. will call them on Wednesday and hoping to get a good news

Nope, I didnt got that after uploading, thats the request I received regarding the RPRF and thats what mentioned, I just want to know what does it means? like in which stage I am at right now?
CIC account still showing we are still reviewing if you meet the eligibility , and background is on progress

IRCC agent would be the best person to respond to your question

No ghost update since medicle, however i called an agent last week and eligibility was not started

can anyone explain what all this mean. What step am I on? And what are the next steps?
also i was exempted from biometrics, but it online says we don’t need your biometrics. We’ll send you a message if it changes (forgot to ask them about this)

Eligibility is just started for Sep 1st week. Wait for another 3 weeks and try again.

How did you manage to talk to an agent?! I've called 5 times today and they keep disconnecting me "due to high call volume"
