Hello all, I would like to request an advice on my situation.

My current score is 457 with my dependent spouse and we are living in Canada. In case I update my express entry profile with married, and non-accompanying spouse, my score will reach 476. I am planning to sponsor my spouse later if I get PR, I don't have issues if it takes much time during processing, but would like to ensure it does not raise the eyebrows of immigration officers. I don't have many choices as I have already claimed all possible points on IELTS and job offer. Did anyone declare their spouse as non-accompanying, although spouse is living in Canada with an open work permit? Can you please let me know if you feel it might cause any issues? I would sincerely appreciate your response. Thank you.

I did that. My husband is on Spousal work permit and I applied for PR with non accompanying spouse and it has been 6 months since I applied no question from
CIC.
My representative is 101% sure this will not be an issue at all.

Thank you very much for your prompt response. I must appreciate your kindness, I have asked this question so many times, never get this clarity. I am planning to go for an individual with married and non-accompanying spouse for the next draw, potentially coming week. Thank you.
