I just want to post an update on my case. Good luck everyone.
Timeline:
AOR: 11 Nov 2020
Med: 16 Dec 2020
Eligib: 01 May 2021
ADR: 12 May 2021 ( IRCC requests RCMP) - Submitted on 23 June through webform
Portal email ( both emails): 19 July 2021
eCorp: 20 July 2021
PR card: To be received.

How long does it take to get the PR card? The processing time shows 111 days for new PR cards. Has anyone got PR card earlier?
My CEC AOR is Nov 02 2020 with 1 inland dependent.
Medical - 09 Dec 2020.
Biometric- 11 Dec 2020.
Criminal- Passed but not updated on file.
Security- Not started
Eligibility- In review whether I meet eligibility.
Additionally Document requested(Paystubs for my Canadian experience) - 18th June 2021 and I submitted 23rd June 2021.
Called call center many time same answer all the time in process, everything looks good. But no update on eligibility and security till now and my eligibility is under review, I don’t know why they are doing review on my file.

your portal will not reflect any changes at all. order gcms notes for a clear look into your file. since they requested additional paystubs for your canadian exp, id say your eligilibity was Review Required and now that you submitted the paystubs, it should pass as long as they satisfy the officer.
Yes I have ordered it recently last week but it take around 1 month for GCMS to come just waiting for that.
Any Idea how long it takes for CIC to process additional documents and to do the Review of Eligibilty?
Hard to tell, it all depends on the officer working on your file. I submitted adr (rcmp) in may and no ones touched it. Im sure if they just look at that it will all be done. Some have had faster, others even worse. Good luck!,
