CEC APPLICANTS - Nov 2020 *JOIN HERE *

I applied under CEC category and finished biometric in 13 dec 2020.
Tired of waiting so I called today asking the status as my work permit is expiring.
They said its processing in Fredericton.
I did apply it when I was in New Brunswick.
Anyone know what it means or if its a super slow office. My friend got PR in CEC in 2 months.

Call center today and request a call back because I am working. Never got a call back. Oh, man. My wp is expiring next month too. Everything is messed up bc of this.
What documents do we need for WP extension? Anyone has a list. Please share so I can prepare.

My timeline -

AOR: 10-Nov-2020
Medical: 20-Nov-2020
Biometric: 02-Jan-2021
Criminality: 19-Jan-2021 and the Info sharing is in progress since 19-Jan-2021 and security yet to start. Does anyone know how fresh CEC applications Infosharing completing very quickly? Any way to get to know why it's not moving?

My wp is expired next month so I have to call them. Nothing changes. It’s going to be more money and work for extensions.
But I think I am right when they change the way they work. Change is here but let’s see if it will positively affect us Nov 2020.

Yes, through OINP, Sydney CIO and I am thinking it was biggest mistake to apply through OINP as I was eligible for CEC but as PNP was approved I decided to go with that and now these shit shows are not touching PNP applications and processing fresh CEC applications. One of my coworkers got in 3 months and I was very depressed hearing.

My WP is also expiring in Nov-21, have to reapply. What change you are talking about? I called IRCC yesterday and there is no progress. I requested to change Visa office but they refused that it’s not possible.

Same questions here. I am glad to find some of you here waiting and in the same situation. The last time I saw a person Nov 2020 to receive the first email is couple weeks ago. That is the change I am talking about. Even though it is not positive like everyone here expected!
I am still observing what they are doing!
