I will be glad if I were wrong. Hopefully you guys will get the first email. Couple weeks ago, there are several Nov 20s got approved, but it was slowing down since last week. So, it is going to be good if we have someone got the first email this week.
 
Got my portal credentials today. AOR 14th Nov. Took about a week and a half to get the credentials after replying to their first email.

Hi All,

I received my PR CARDS Today. Here ends my PR journey.
Below are my timeline. It took total 5.5 Months to get the COPR and total 6.5 Months to get PR Card by post.

AOR: November 25, 2020 CEC In-land

IRCC Permanent Residence Confirmation Portal Email: May 07, 2021 12 PM EST (Etobicoke IRCC)

PR Card Approval: Jun 8th 2021
PR Card received by mail: Jun 10th 2021

Still my "PR application" on IRCC portal is showing as "Submitted". So this PR application status, doesn't matter once you got your CoPR.

I would like to Thank mainly @legalfalcon and all other friends who really helped me and helping others with all the queries. This is really great portal to interact and resolve all the doubts related to different applications.

Hi, did they call you and confirmed your COPR or did they just sent you message to your portal/email?
 
CEC Inland AOR 17th Nov:
I just inquired through the web form and I got the below response:

  • The eligibility background verification is in process.
  • The security background verification has not been initiated.
  • The criminal background verification is in process.
How long it will take for ircc to complete this? @legalfalcon I guess criminal and security occur at the same time right?

Criminality check is based on PCCs and the biometrics you submit. see https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...nitiatives/biometrics/process-steps-2018.html PCC are evaluated along with R10 - completeness check whereas the the biometrics are done after you provide them and the report from RCMP is in.

Security is the usual the last stage and is initiated after eligibility is passed. see https://bit.ly/3apWglN
