How CIC confirm the COPR?
Do they call or send a message to your EE account?
One of my friends got the COPR recently, an agent has call him first to confirm few things then within 30 mins time he got a message to his account.

My AOR was Nov 13, 2020.
Medical passed Dec 18, 2020
Biometric Request Dec 18, 2020
Biometric given Dec 23, 2020
No update after biometrics till today but I saw an update just now: Biometrics Nov 12, 2020 Completed!
How is it possible to have biometrics completed date even before they were given, moreover before I submitted my file?
May be a typo? Any idea?

There was an update on Additional document which i submitted. the status changed from we are reviewing to not applicable..
Update:
Background Check: April 30
Final decision: May 12
PR Portal email request: May 7
PR Portal credentials received on May 10
Received COPR on May 12
Received PR card on May 24

Criminality : In progress
Security : Not started
Visa office : Ottawa
ordered GCMS notes on April,Eligibility was recommended pass.
Called in yesterday, agent was very helpful, confirmed eligibility was conclusive passed on 4th of May.
Only thing worrying me that there is no traction in my case from Jan,2021 for Background check. Criminality 2 & 3 are completed still criminality showing ‘in progress’ but security not started. Last update showing on notes is on Jan 16th,2021. Received request to pay pr fees on Mar 29, paid and uploaded March 30.
Can anyone please suggest me if there is anything I can do to expedite ? Maybe local MP? Would really appreciate your help. Thanks in advance. Sorry if I have made any mistakes in the post as this is my first post.

Never received any updates on my profile, the last update on my profile was Medicals passed and nothing after that.
I did call up IRCC on May 14 and the agent told me everything was approved and to expect the portal login details which I got within 3 days.
Stress levels are increasing, it is more than 6 months now, having a hard time in contacting an IRCC agent over a phone too
That's great bc most people do not have any updates neither, so that means it is ok.
I might give them a call next week to see if I am there.
