Hi Singh,

The status bar is back. i guess it was a technical glitch. But to be honest the status bar holds no significance, its just there. It doesnt show the actual progress of application, it only shows the time progressed since the application was submitted with reference to 6 months.

Wait I am confused. I got AOR in November, and I did get a prompt to upload fingerprint background check for my wife. Does criminality check not form as part of processing application?

Our application processing has already started right? Medicals passed and Biometrics are also done.

Yes but there were delays for CEC applicants. I understand they are going to process CEC applicants at high rate. Hopefully

You need to print the letter they send you and take it with you to the appointment, so you can't do it in advance. There are plenty of appointments available though. You should be able to complete it the same week you get the request.
