I received my IRCC portal but I am outside Canada, and as per their email the document attached said to let them know if we are outside canada.
I just wanted to ask what happens now, since I m replied from outside Canada, would I still be getting the portal and creds or process will be delayed?
Any suggestions will be appreciated

I started calling them 8.15 first they were declining the calls due unavailability of agents but I kept trying then around 9.45 I able to settle in waiting they gave me 87 minutes waiting but you have to keep trying when my waiting was for 20 minutes tensing they suddenly transfer my call to agent where I able to ask about my scenario.
