I havent given my biometrics yet but they do send it instantly. GCKey will show that its updated on biometric, will show your full name.

As per IRCC agent, my Criminality is Passed ~ 26th May. Eligiblity not yet started.
In other threads I see Criminality starts after Eligibility. When would be the best time to order GCMS notes

Nothing, May 20th applicant, I hope I get my BIL this month. It looks like CEC is slowing down, Feb/March applicants got pretty fast processing times though.
