I can see my biometrics information(gave during my work permit). But under biometrics section it still says we do not need your fingerprints.

It's mentioned here https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio.../services/coronavirus-covid19/biometrics.html. Based on this, maybe new biometrics is not needed.
