I am not sure if we can give biometrics in advance. They may ask request a letter from the IRCC. Does anybody have any experience with this?

You need a Biometric letter from IRCC it has a bar code on it which is used by the VAC to transmit your biometric you cant do it on your own in advance.

Just got my GCMS notes that I requested last June 11. Total of 19pages, status below:

AOR - May 1, 2021
Medical - 3 of us passed and my youngest Ready to be assessed - M05
Eligibility - Review Required
Criminality - Not Started
Info Sharing - complete
Security - Not started
CEC Minimum requirements - Met Ready to Finalize

Primary VO - Vancouver Immigration
Secondary - CIO

We are changing our house to new location , I have submitted my application on 4-may and shows under process
I do have representative helping me for application submission
Can you please let me know if I have to inform change of address to IRCC ?

You need to inform them, you can send via webform or call.

I just did last week my change of address.

I just want to share with you my timeline.
Applied under EE CEC. CRS points:378
January 21, 2021. Received ITA
January 28, 2021. Medical
Feb 1, 2021. Submitted all the requirements
Feb 23, 2021: Application cancelled/incomplete. (I didn't notice that I did not attached the correct file for my passport thats why they cancelled)
March 19, 2021: received new ITA and submitted all documents correctly. Received AOR the next day
April 27, 2021: Received a request for bio.
May 5, 2021: Biometrics done
May 6-July 8: No update on my online profile everytime I check. The latest update they have is April 22, 2021 - Medical passed. the rest of the category says: we will send you a message....
July 9, 2021: Received an email for opening an account for PR confirmation portal.
July 12, 2021 1am: Registered for PR Confirmation Portal.
July 13, 2021 5PM: Received my eCoPR. Awaiting for my PR card.

Called IRCC today and they said their reviewing my eligibility.

Have following doubts

1. What would be the response of "Type of Name" and "Last Name" under Names for an adopted child ?
Note: Child has valid birth certificate and legal documents. Last name(which is mandatory field) is not known and not mentioned in the legal document.

2. What would be the response of "Other family members" under Family section for an adopted child ?
Note: Child has valid birth certificate and legal papers. No family information is available before adoption in any legal documents.

3. In the year 2016 I stayed in Canada as a worker in rented house. I don't have any address proof and receipts of rent.
For first 3-4 months I was using prepaid mobile connection. I have mobile bill for remaining months.
Do I need to proof my stay during this period as an address history ?

It has been already 34 days since I received my Background update turning into In progress, how long it usually takes to get an update again in Background check to turn back into Processing, anyone any idea?

Maybe depends with the Visa Officer. On my GCMS notes, it was mentioned that for Security due date is May 26, 2022 while Criminality is July 14, 2021.

No changes on my profile today.

It created automatic from passed medical and due date is 1 year.
