So the sample data of 3 (All AOR May 5 to 10 and got approval between Jan 9-13) is very small and limited, but I think we can assume it takes between 245 to 254 days for the full application to complete the whole process and receive PR confirmation.

It also takes between 87 to 96 days for the time between the biometrics being accepted/exempted to receiving the PR confirmation.

So if you’re AOR May 29 and biometrics exempt as of Oct 17 like me, then we will probably hear something at the end of this month or in the beginning to mid of February (provided their work process hasn’t changed due to further COVID measures)

AOR May 11 , Bio exempt in Oct. All Stages passed since October 8th. Biometric refund received on 4/5th November.

I got a call from Etobicoke office and the agent mentioned that my landing is completed. Next day I hit COPR in my email. On mycic portal it only shows COPR document number and validity.

On my application online, it is said that my biometrics was exempt on Oct 21, 2020. But I just called the CIC today, the agent said that the biometrics is not yet updated on their system that is why it delays my application. What should I do now?

I think now it's common to happen. We've been waiting for a long time.
